In April 2019, my Nipsey Hussle artwork was selected for a tribute art showcase after I was contacted by The Art Hub NYC. A canvas print of my digital artwork was featured in the exhibition. The original acrylic painting shown beside it had already been sold to a private buyer before the art show.
“God Will Rise,” my Nipsey Hussle tribute, was featured as #19 on BuzzFeed. I’m Shannika Brown, known as Nika B. “Dalai Mama” was my Twitter name at the time.
We lost a great man but he did not leave us empty handed. @nipseyhussle left behind so much knowledge and love. You will be missed. R.I.P. king. Prayers for his family and friends 🙏
